Angela O'Neill

Angela is a Senior Associate in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Estate Planning and Private Client Services teams.

Her path into the profession — legal secretary, then paralegal, then solicitor in both general practice and specialist wills and estates firms — has made her a practical, strategic and commercially minded lawyer with a genuinely client-focused approach. She advises on commercial disputes, deceased estate and trust disputes, and estate planning, with a particular interest in equitable claims arising within commercial disputes.

• Solicitor of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Queensland (2017).
