Mark Hogan

Mark is Special Counsel in the Corporate and Commercial Services team. He founded Hogan Besley Boyd in 1994 with a focus on quality-based advisory legal services, and was previously a partner in a major Brisbane law firm and a director of Corporate Advisory Services Australia Pty Ltd.

Clients rely on Mark for the structural question behind the transaction: how a business should be held, how value moves between entities, and what the revenue consequences will be.
